Clinical Psychological
Councelling & Treatment
Welcome
A warm welcome to my homepage!
My goal in clinical psychological treatment is to support you in preventing mental health disorders as well as alleviating or resolving existing psychological burdens and complaints.
I address your unique challenges and issues directly to provide targeted and effective support.
In clinical psychological counselling, you receive valuable information and guidance to help you find suitable solutions for your current challenges.
I work in a resource- and solution-oriented manner. Together, we will bring structure and clarity to your life, empowering you to confidently and optimistically set out on new paths. Your individual strengths are at the centre, enabling lasting positive change.
"True transformation begins when we recognise our strengths and, with clarity and courage, choose new paths forward."
I look forward to accompanying you on your journey!
Resource- & Solution-Oriented Approach
A resource- & solution-oriented approach means that the focus of therapeutic work is on the client’s existing strengths, skills, and resources. Instead of concentrating primarily on problems or deficits, the aim is to recognize and leverage positive potentials to find solutions and achieve personal goals.
In detail, this means:
- Resource-Oriented: Together, we explore the internal and external resources you already possess. These can include personal strengths, past challenges you've overcome, or supportive relationships and networks. These resources are brought to the forefront and purposefully used to address current issues and improve your quality of life.
- Solution-Oriented: Rather than fixating on the problem itself, we shift our focus toward possible solutions and pathways that can help you reach your goals. This involves developing concrete and realistic steps to improve your situation. The emphasis is on what has worked in the past and how we can use or adapt these strategies again.
I support individuals experiencing psychological distress, life crises, and the processing of significant life events.
A particular focus of my work is the psychological support of individuals coping with physical illness and chronic fatigue.
